1-on-1 In-Person Feldenkrais Sessions (Functional Integration), Rockville, MD

Functional Integration is a hands-on approach that is extremely effective in helping you recover from pain and injuries, learn new patterns of movement, gain better balance and improve your functions. From "frozen" shoulder to sciatica, the gentle and non-invasive touch will help you find new ways of moving that are pain- and effort-free.

Recommended frequency: every week or bi-weekly (ideally, you would have more sessions at the start of the work and after a while start spacing them out more when you start to retain the new learning for longer)

1-on-1 Family Constellations Online

Duration: 90 minutes

You may want to dive deep to resolve a specific issue you are dealing with, such as depression, relationship issues, family difficulties, money problems, autoimmune diseases, or consequences of childhood trauma. This is therapeutic work, but it’s not talk therapy. Together, we look at what is usually not addressed by traditional methods of healing. This is a body-oriented work rather than an intellectual exercise. It asks you to come ready to be vulnerable and open. I come as a facilitator, but not as an authority.

Recommended frequency: every 3-4 weeks (you will need time to integrate this work before doing another session)

Regular Session: $120 for a 90-minute session
